Started in 2004 by James Ashmore we have strived to source the very best from the ocean and deliver to Tasmania’s top Chefs while sharing that offer in our retail factory outlet on (the eastern shore) site in Mornington. Our HACCP food safe premises processes a massive range of shellfish, fin fish plus value added products from both local and interstate suppliers. We also operate our artisan smokehouse on both wild caught and sustainably farmed fish. Our values are to work alongside our suppliers and customers in a sustainable manner. You can find our products onsite at our retail factory outlet or online with home delivery and all good independent retail outlets.
