Hi, I’m Ben Andrews, lead guide at Adventure Trails Tasmania. I am an experienced professional guide with a long history of introducing Tasmania to international and interstate visitors. I’m a fourth generation Tasmanian and a second generation Bruny Islander.
My passion for sharing the very best of where I live comes from a well travelled global awareness, a respect for community and deep love of the environment. I have a young family and believe that ensuring they have a future in which to thrive requires us to respect Tasmania, its people past and present, their legacies, cultural values and contributions.
Adventure Trails Tasmania is my small private tour company specialising in taking guests behind the scenes and off the beaten track around Bruny Island and The Huon Valley.
On a day trip with Adventure Trails Tasmania, we can take you to places that are not normally open or accessible, including private gardens, food producers and growers as well as artists. We also offer insights into the stories behind the places and people, respecting traditional owners and sharing the history of the places we go.
We will pick you up from your home or accommodation in the Greater Hobart Area and return you at the end of your tour.
We recommence operations on 18 June, offering tours Thursday to Sunday each week.
So if you’re ready to get out and about around Southern Tasmania, let us show you around in a way that will surprise and delight you.
